The edgy Miami Design District may be a small neighborhood but it’s filling up with new furniture showrooms, art galleries, fashion boutiques and hip eateries. The Northeast 40th Street corridor is undergoing a massive transformation with at least 8 luxury brands about to open their doors. Christian Louboutin, Cartier and Celine have just opened their doors. Pucci, Louis Vuitton, Hermes, and Dior Homme are not far behind.
